Nothing is moved or deleted

Questions
Do I need ChatGPT or Claude?
No. The AI that looks at your clips is built into Pilepop and runs on your Mac. No subscription, no tokens, no account.
Which Mac do I need?
macOS 14 or newer. A Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or newer) gets the full precise mode. Intel Macs get Quick mode: same folders, shorter names. The AI models download once, about 2.5 GB, the first time you open the app.
How long does it take?
Minutes, not hours. Files land in their folders as they're done, so you can start editing before it finishes.
What if a file lands in the wrong folder?
Drag it to the right one. Pilepop decides from three frames and the first seconds of sound, the way you would at a glance, so now and then it'll guess differently than you.
Does it touch my originals?
Never. Nothing is moved, renamed or deleted. The sorted folder holds links to the same files with the new names. Files on an external drive are listed, never copied without asking.
Does it work in my language?
Yes. It understands speech in dozens of languages and names your files in English or French.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If it's not for you, write to us within 7 days and you get your money back.
